Withdrawal declined due to claimed card issues
Hello dear AskGamblers
Since August 2nd I've tried to make a withdrawal of 600 USD from King Billy Casino.
They've declined all the way saying that they have "card withdrawal issues". From multiple chats with their agents, they've said that I should use Bank Transfer or Skrill, which my account is not eligible for. So my money is stuck.
Three days ago, they told me that they were "in the middle" of fixing the card issue. Now, today, card withdrawal is not an option. So my money is basically stuck and I can't get them to fix the problem.
It is now August 9., and they keep declining the withdrawal.
