Let's cut to the chase here:
Requested a bank transfer withdrawal, which usually took 2 hours from request to the funds appearing in my bank account (no matter the day/time) at Kingbilly.
Now it's 11 days and I'm only being told to be patient or that the payment provider's at fault.
I made 2 withdrawals within the past few days, also via bank transfer at other Casinos, funds arrived immediately.
Support is not helping or straight out ignoring me.
Contacted my VIP manager, who is also ignoring me.
