Today i did my first deposite from neteller to king billy casino. Money was taken from my neteller acc and did not came back. After several chats with casino support i got answer to email, that my deposite was rejected and i have to check my debit card or neteller acc, maybe they are blocked, but they are ok. So im asking king billy casino give back my money. Im attaching pictures with proves.

The deposit is already in the player's account. Unfortunately, there has been a delay from payment providers' side (not a fault of King Billy).
