I deposited 20 and with neosurf. This aint the first time I've deposited here. Multiple. And it was always instantaneous. Somehow right now its just pending.contacted support. Told me to wait. Ask them just to manually do it but denied. its been an hour. And nothing can't even get the spins. Can't get refund cause its a voucher. Please help
