Missing withdrawals 10 days since initiated

I am missing withdrawals from Ice Casino. I dont understand the system as my first withdrawal was 8000 NOK (Norwegian kroner) wich Ice casino splits up in 1600 NOK amounts so it is 5 of them. This was initiated Date:12/05/2023 Time 13:10:54

Then my 2nd withdrawal 9600 NOK split up in 6x1600NOK Date:13/05/2023 Time: 08:02:02

It is several days since they said it is processed and ok from their part.

And it is some other instance / 3rd party that have the withdrawal process now. I find it really strange that there is no more information that I can get. No contact info on the 3rd party that has the money. There is no information to get from anywhere on where and when the money is paid to my Neteller account. If i ran a company and had customers I would make sure they would get info, and also what if the 3rd party doesnt pay me the money? Ice Casino doesnt have any control over the situation and will get angry customers if the 3rd party don`t pay.

ok, well frustrating that this takes so long to figure out. I can see the money is back into the Ice Casino account now. So I hope you now will process this faster. There is no need for additional days from Ice casino to process this transaction now.

We've received the response from Neteller, unfortunately they will not be able to process your transactions to you due to internal regulations. The money is returned onto your account.
The available withdrawal methods will be: mifinity, crypto, bank cards or bank transfer (most recommended).

We can see that the billing dept. is taking care of transaction 6694b2­3d-­3f7­a-4­8d2­-94­cb-­a3f­f21­81f16f. But it may take some time.
Also, we've contact the PSP re the withdrawals to Neteller account. We hope on a swift resolution.

I’ve been trying to verify my account on Ice Casino for over a week now, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. My KYC is not approved in Ice Casino; I already submitted the documents they need. I provided a clear photo ID, a utility bill for address verification, and even a bank statement as requested. Yet, despite doing everything right and submitting all the required documents, I still haven’t received any confirmation.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of proper communication. Their customer service is so slow that it’s almost impossible to get real-time updates. I’ve sent multiple emails and even tried reaching out through their live chat, but the responses are either generic or take days to arrive. It’s really disappointing, especially when other online casinos process KYC verifications within 24–48 hours.

I understand the need for security and proper identity verification, but there should be a more efficient system in place. At the very least, Ice Casino could keep their users informed about the progress of the verification process. Instead, I’m left in the dark, wondering if my documents were even reviewed.

This delay has also affected my ability to withdraw funds, which is very concerning. I deposited money and played in good faith, but now I’m stuck, unable to access my winnings due to KYC delays. It’s not just about the money—it’s about trust and transparency.

I really hope they resolve this soon. Ice Casino has some good games and a decent interface, but unless they improve their verification and support systems, I don’t see myself recommending them to others. People deserve a smooth and secure experience, especially when their personal and financial information is involved.
