I made a withdrawal of £250 on Monday the 28th of January and I read on the policy that this will take 48 hours to process, today is the 31st of January and this is still not happened, I have been lied to and been told by a support agent called Linus that it was being processed as we speak. I have been told many different things and it appears to me that this company are reluctant to pay
