Hello. I have played with Genesis Casino 17 Feb I believe. I have gambled 100 pounds with no issue. I have won 200 pounds and wanted to withdraw them.
The money are in pending since that day. I have sent all documents. I have received an email that I have passed verification and still nothing.
I contacted them 20 times all the time saying to wait as they are doing some checks. Is more than 2 weeks and no one contacted me again. They will not pay my withdrawal. This is what they do to everyone.
