Genesis Casino - Will not credit my account
I have now been trying to get my account credited for 5 days. Everyday I contact genesis casino they say they will escalate my matter to their finance team and will email me back. They have not made contact with me, I also contacted skrill because they initially said it was skrill who was holding my credits I have screenshot the message from skrill saying they have funded genesis casino and sent me a reference number to give to them once again genesis casino is coming up with excuses and still not crediting my account.
