Pending withdrawals now for over 5 days when time states 1-3 days processing time. Amounts of £3250 and £5000 still stuck on pending for over 5 days now with no valid reason cant call casino as both phone numbers suspiciously not connecting.

Please let us point out that, as confirmed via email every time that you request the withdrawal, we usually take 24/48 hrs to process the withdrawal and you did not give us this time frame to help you with these requests.
