1200 winnings processed 11 days ago and still no payment or answer from casino
Signed up and deposited at this casino. Was asked to send proof of ID, address and proof of payment. All were sent the same day and received an email saying your account is fully verified and your withdrawal will be processed shortly. The withdrawals disappeared from the pending section so I thought great I would wait for them to reach my bank. Now 11 days later there is still no payment. The casino replied saying they were processed and to send bank statements which I have done and I know I am getting no response despite a number of attempts to make contact with them.

Kindly note Withdrawal was manually processed on the 12th of January 2022, Client was advised to wait 3-5 working days for balance to reflect into there account accordingly. Complaint can be marked as resolved.
