Hello,

I am reaching out to you (for the 4th time) because this is the only way I can get my withdrawals processed. Each time, I am forced to go through your site to have my withdrawal requests validated.

I made a request on 02/01/2025, another one on 03/01/2025, and the last one on 04/01/2025.

The processing time is 3 business days, and they are STILL delayed once again. I need this money, and without your help, I probably wouldn't have had or would have had very few, of my withdrawals validated. I still have a substantial amount to withdraw ( 7000 euros), but with the withdrawal request limits, delays in processing my withdrawals, and the obligation to go through your site to receive my money, this situation is very frustrating.

I would like to point out that no matter which contact method I use with them (email, VIP email, live chat), I always receive the same response over and over that the processing time is extended, and that the financial department will handle my requests.
