Hello,

I am contacting you regarding issues with Frumzi Casino.

I have already experienced withdrawal problems with this casino, and you helped me resolve my issue. I am reaching out again because I am still facing problems with them.

After my first experience with AskGamblers, I gained access to the VIP program at Frumzi Casino, which provided me with a personal advisor. Whenever I made withdrawal requests, I would go through my advisor, who responded very quickly and ensured I received my withdrawals promptly. However, since November 13, 2024, I have not received any updates from them.

I currently have three withdrawal requests pending (3x500 euros) and no one is responding. When I contact the regular support, they say they "forward the request," but nothing changes.

I would like to remind you that the withdrawal time is supposed to be 3 days, and it should be even faster with VIP access...

I don't know what this casino is playing at, but they seem to be doing everything they can to delay withdrawals and avoid paying the players.

Hello, I received a transfer of 500 euros yesterday. However, I have one transfer that is still pending, even though it dates back to 15/11, and another transfer that was canceled without any reason. I would like to know why Frumzi cancels some of my withdrawals without any valid reason? And why has only one of my three withdrawals been approved? Why is the one from the 15th still pending?

Hello, still no news from Frumzi, and VIP support isn't responding either. I’ll try sending an email to VIP support again. No response anywhere...

Hello, you are now more than 15 days late on the first withdrawal request, and more than 9 days late for the other two withdrawal requests... don’t you think that’s a lot, considering you state a 3-day processing time? Do you find this normal? All this, taking into account that I am a VIP member and that this is not the first time it has happened… I am counting on you to process my withdrawal requests quickly and ensure that this does not happen again. In the meantime, I am still waiting…
