I would like to register formal escalation about my missing deposit at fresh casino since March 23rd 2025. I deposited 10000 INR using astropay wallet same was debited immediately but till today is not credited. Casino support says I did not make deposit on said date because they did not find in their system. My deposit screenshot is showing successful and the merchant name as well. Kindly help me to receive my Missing deposit

Casino don't have any valid information about my last deposit and there is variations on every chat session. See attached screenshot for more clearity. Here the casino representative provide different information about my deposit history and support team provide different information. I can't exactly trust on in between. Also, if you check the transaction screenshot shared previously, merchant name is clearly visible and the transaction is successful to GALAKTIKA N V. I request casino to check mentioned transaction with astropay if it's valid or not
