Lost crypto deposit

Hello,

Like the last two complaints on here I have deposited $353 in LTC that did not make it to my account despite the transaction completing on blockexplorer 20minutes.

The next day I asked the casino what was going on and they said they would refund me, which was odd because I wanted to play.

Fresh casinos policy is less than 24 hours for a withdrawal yet when I talk to customer service they just say "wait" and can't even give me a timeframe for my refund. I belive like the last two complaints I am being jerked around by fresh casino.

I still don't understand how you have a 24 hour payout policy, yet you take this long to refund my lost payment. However, yet again just making this reply to keep my case open.
