Casino is not processing my withdraw
I have made a withdraw from the casino on 9th of January. I used the same method to withdraw that I used to deposit.
Casino cancelled my withdraw on 13th of January and told the reason is "issue with the payment provider" - that is hard to understand, because I paid it throw the banks own internet banking. After that I made a new withdraw on 13th, on bank transfer, because I was told to do that. Now the withdraw is just on "Processing" state and Fat Pirate don't process it. On chat and email they just tell me that we will do our best. One worker told me that it has been open for 3 days, what is on their terms the time for process, but still they don't process it.
So all in all, it has been a week now for my withdraw, and haven't still got my payment. The withdraw is 80 €, but this is about the principle that casinos need to pay the winnings to players.
