Hello,

I’ve done 3 withdrawal requests:
- 17/02/2023 1000 Usd= 949.75€ (in fault)
- 21/02/2023 1000 Usd=946.41€ (received 22/02/2023)
- 22/02/2023 2000 Usd payed in 2 transactions of 946.41€ (received 22/02/2023)

All withdrawals appear in my history as processed and completed but there’s a payment of 1000usd=949.75€ missing.
I didn’t receive the withdrawal request of 17/02/2023.

I’ve contacted Support and they told me to wait the 14 days Maximum period for a successful withdrawal. That period ends today.
Still didn’t received the funds.
How come I’ve received the withdrawals made after the first one, and didn’t received that one.
Already sent bank statement as proof I didn’t receive and Fairspin claims: “At this moment the mentioned transaction was completed successfully from the side of the gaming platform”).

As usual, it’s been very difficult and exhausting trying to communicate with support.

Hello, just to update that I’ve received the missing payment.
Thanks to AskGamblers, for being the only way to oblige Fairspin to respect players. It’s a shame the behavior of this casino, since it does whatever is possible to delay payments and does not cooperate in a honest communication. Fairspin requested my crypto wallet address and finally assumed what was obvious from the beginning.

Zahlt nicht alles aus, ich warte seit Juli

Nach fast zwei Monaten warte ich immer noch vergeblich auf meine restliche Zahlung von 62 Euro. Die Auszahlung wurde in Höhe von 150 beantragt und 88 kamen an meine Visa, dann hieß es es gibt Probleme, weshalb die Auszahlung in mehrere kleinere Auszahlungen geteilt wurde und diese sollte ich schnellstmöglichst erhalten.

Jedoch warte ich schon seit dem 20.07.2022. Bitte kümmern sie sich drum, ich habe ihrer Seite vertraut und bin durch sie auf Fairspin gekommen. Mir wird immer gesagt der fall wird geprüft und sie melden sich bei mir, aber dies ist nicht der Fall.

Blocked from account after making first withdrawal request

Hi. I have held a fair spin account since Nov 2024, and deposited many thousands of dollars in it. Today, June 5, I made my first withdrawal request for $1000. I first got a message my ID verification was approved. I was asked for more documentation and I provided all of it. Then I was blocked from my account, with a message saying I violated the terms and conditions! I have done no such thing. Finally, I got an email saying their decision is final- they won’t tell me what I’ve done- just that there was suspicious activity. I’m an old man in cancer treatment- my daughters help me put money in account etc but it’s always from my own accounts I share with them. And as I said I’ve been making lots of deposits with no issues. This is very unethical.

Every day I have to beg for a paycheck

I won $25,417 and the casino only allows me to withdraw via SEPA. Every day I have to beg for a paycheck. They only paid out two amounts of $1073. Today is the second time they haven't paid. Still just excuses and words from the VIP manager that I have to be patient. That's why they call me a VIP player. It's the same as all complaints. Withdrawals getting rejected and delayed

I recently signed up at Fairspin as all reviews I read were good and I especially like casinos that have very quick withdrawal speeds. I started playing there and passed the KYC verification. I withdrew $2,200USD and had to withdraw in 3 transactions as $1,000 is the maximum for each when using Interac as only available withdrawal method. They kept reversing my withdrawal back into my account and I kept going back to chat with them to find out what was going on. They said it was rejected and to try again. This happened several times. Now I have a very uneasy feeling about all of this. I’ve played online for years and based on technology nowadays there really is no reason for these delays or games casinos seem to play with clients in what seems to be attempts to not pay out funds.

Casino is not paying out the money for 5 days

This casino does not pay me my money!

I passed the KYC check, I have all the photos confirming this.

I have been waiting for my money for the 5th day, although they stated that they pay out the funds within one hour.

When I write to support, they say just wait until the finance department transfers the money to you!

Rejected withdrawal and no other withdrawal method

Hi, its been two days I have been requesting a withdrawal to my debit card, with which I made the deposit and I have withdrawn before but it keeps getting rejected. Customer service tells me to use the bank account method, which is not visible on withdrawal methods. When I tell this to the customer service team they keep telling me the technical department is working on it, and contact us tomorrow.
