Hello, on 10 of November I did an withdraw of 550 euro to my card and I am still waiting for the withdraw for 6 days now. But on the site it is written that an withdraw will be processed in 24 bussines hours(2 days) in order that thay work 12 hours per day and I spoke with people on the chat and nobody can help you this is not right. Please do something. And I already do the verification part I did all but they keep telling me to wait.
