I made withdraw 1200(500+500+200) euro on September 28 on skrill and my transaction is still pending.First time i waiting 9 days and then write complain but now i dont wait for so mush time. In terms and conditions withdraws must processed withing 48 hours. Documents verificated, cant take any bonuses.
8.7 : Applications for funds withdrawal are processed by the Financial Department within 24 working hours from the date of submission of the request, after passing the verification of the account through the provision of identification documents
8.11 : Withdrawal requests are processed by the Finance Department within 48 hours from the day of requests' application after verification of account.
