More than 7 days now and never got my withdraw processed , I deposit £300 by mistake instead of £30 pound at this casino my own money from my salary and this casino first asked for documents which I submit and then ask me to wager the £300 as I can't withdraw before I wager my deposit 1 time , I explained to them that I deposit £300 by mistake , they just keep sending message you are our first priority and it's not true ,

Am really annoyed with the service of this casino , I think it's the worst ever.

Also there number or live chat doesn't work at all which is really weird , there England number is fake number ( my evidence try it your self)

This complaint has been reopened as per Casino Joy request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
