Withdrawal delayed and account blocked

Signed up 21st May and won some money. (£700) and requested withdrawal. Since then asking for a withdrawal account has been blocked with no communication. Live chat have simple said. "I can see that your withdrawal is still pending, as soon as our relevant team has processed it we will be informing you." They say this every time.

Can't get anywhere with them so i'm now trying here.

Please note that, after reviewing your case, we can confirm that the Withdrawal you are referring to has been correctly approved on the 04th of June 2019, this is because the full verification has been requested before processing itself.
Bear in mind that as per our T&C accepted by yourself upon registration '5.5. The identity of the player will be verified upon registration, deposit and/or withdrawal as required by regulations.'
