Pending withdrawal without contact from the casino

I submitted a withdrawal on Sunday 5.12 with casino joy and expected my withdrawal to be quick and easy given I've already been verified and received funds before.

My payment is still showing as pending after almost 6 days. I have emailed the casino twice and still no response. Live chat is an automated robot with generic responses so can't speak to a human being and their call line is closed.

I'm really at a loss as to how I can get an update on the status of my funds and when they will be approved.

Received an email from casino joy complaints to advise my withdrawal is going through routine checks with their finance team.

Sorry but what exactly needs to be checked that takes over a week for a withdrawal of only 122? I completely understand you trying to delay and find a reason not to give me the funds of id taken thousands, but for 122? Give me a break.

I'm still more than disappointed that they can't give me a timescale for the withdrawal, evidently just trying to delay and find a reason for me to not receive the funds.

Where do I go from here?!
