Delayed payment, fully verified and VIP on sister site

Hello, I have had my request to have my payment processed escalated several times to no avail. I am due £1,005.40, which was submitted for withdrawl on the 20/04/2020. It's now coming up to a month that I've been waiting for this payment and it isnt moving. I've tried emailing the complaints department, compla­int­s@c­asi­noj­oy.com but have not had a response from them.
