Delayed payment from Casino Joy
I signed up on the 21st of January and won £1200 and submitted a withdrawal. I quickly received an email saying my account was locked and somebody would be in touch soon. Then I received a request to take selfies with my ID and the debit card I used on the website. I sent these requested documents at the beginning of March. I didn't receive a reply, but upon checking my emails at the beginning of April I realised I had only sent the selfie photos and not the documents alone. So I sent the other photos as soon as I realised.
5 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything back from them. I went onto live chat and I was told that my case had been escalated. Still no reply, so I emailed their VIP team. I received a reply the next day saying that the relevant team is still reviewing my account.
I didn't know what to do and saw the complaints on here, so I decided I had no other choice and seem to be delaying my payments.
