Hello

I made a withdrawal request before 10 days amount 193 $. By Casinia website my profile doesn’t need verification. I completed all the requirements by the casino. They delayed the payment long for 10 days even though they said it takes 3 working days. It took 10 from my request date this is unacceptable and made my trust shake about online casinos. This is why I contact Ask gamblers, I heard that this is the best way for help by great team.

Secondly I have contacted them by email support team many times and by live agents multiple times and all they said is to wait and don’t worry my money is safe and they apologized.

I thank Ask gamblers for their efforts hopefully this matter will be resolved by your team.
