Hello, I can not access my Casinia account for 3 months. They closed it to me from one day to the next without any valid reason, I played on this site only sports betting. I contact them for 3 months by mail, the only answer they gave me is that my account is not closed which is totally false, I sent them the proof by mail and since I have no more response. They haven’t replied to my last email. I expect from them at least to be able to consult my balance and recover it in full, I know that it is complicated to continue playing on this kind of site when you are a winning gambler but keeping my money is totally illegal. I also note that I have had the same problem on the same date at 7 other sites.
You will find a proof of my inability to connect in attachment and screens of our exchanges by mail.
