Unable to access my account, support won't help me

I had registered with Sloty and made four deposits. I was in the middle of playing a game, and it booted me out completely of the site. When I tried to log back in it wouldn’t allow me saying that the username and password don’t match (which they did). I attempted to reset my password, but it said the email and birthday doesn’t match (which it does). I had about $248 CAD in my account when this happened. I’ve been trying to contact them to no avail. I just sit on hold for hours.
