Hello, I present my complaint, I have my account verified, I have my 2 withdrawals of 150 PEN and 1520 PEN.

Approved more than 9 days ago, talk to them, I try to contact the casino betsson, but they do not answer me, no one does not have help support, I submit my complaint in AskGamblers with all the details please help I need help.

Hi Camelo,

My name is Roger and I am the Betsson Customer Support Manager.

Please do allow me to apologise for the delay in the response, as you will have noticed we are experiencing an extremely high volume of emails and chats which is unfortunately causing some delays in reaching out to help.

I have managed to look into your case and indeed as you have pointed out, the withdrawals you requested have beyond doubt been correctly paid out as per your requests.

In these cases we strongly advise to contact bank to check why these are not yet showing on the bank account, as there are times when it is bank which holds funds before crediting for some internal checks we can't know of.

Once done, if for whatever reason your bank confirms to you that they have not received the funds, to be able to look further and initiate a trace of this payment, I would kindly ask you to supply a bank statement showing transactions from the 25th October till today. With that I will be able to carry on further the investigation.
