Hello! More than a week ago I've deposited 300 € via Paysafecard and unfortunately I've gambled them away. After that I've deposited 550 € via Paysafecard to gamble even more but shortly afterwards I've received an email that they will close my account. So I had to withdraw. Then they have sent me an email that I need to send them proof of my national ID, proof of adress and a bank statement. I've sent them over those docs and they were approved. And then I was waiting for a confirmation of my withdrawal request. But nothing happened. So because they have restricted players from Slovenia their website was unaccessible from my country. I had to use a VPN to reach their live chat and asked them what the hell is going on so long. Agent on the line told me that they need last 3 PSC vouchers that they were used for a deposit. I have thrown them all into a thrash can because under their terms&conditions this is nowhere to be written. They want to steal my money! Could it get even worse? I cannot gamble, they restricted me from playing and when you have no other option rather to withdraw they don't want to pay you out. What a scam really
