Betmaster is not paying my my 17K win.
I have sent them all the required documents and waited their very long 14 business day verification period and they are not paying me. Every time I chat with them they make excuses. They recently asked me for a screenshot of my transaction to their casino one month (20 business days) after I all ready submitted all my documents. Now they are asking for more time. I don't understand how taking over a month to verify a players account is normal procedure.
