I am long time customer of betmaster they refusing to me 500 euro.
I verified my account long time ago
ID ,Holding my id,utlitly bill,ecopay transaction history.,ecopay profile picture,picture holding my id with ecopay ( which rejected 6 times),picture holding my id with website betmaster( rejected 3 times)
They just not willing to pay.
Now they removed my account. I can't enter anymore when I am saying email it says I have to verify my account with NON specifics.
I did the normal KYC verifcation. Now they removed my account.
Please help me recover my account and my funds thank you!
We thank you for the documents provided, however a selfie should be with the Ecopayz account itself, but not a screenshot which you provided.

It got rejected multiple time cause or the driver license wasn't readable or the background wasn't .
Nothing else was allowed then a picture on it with both readable. Which is insane you can't zoom or make a selfie it gets to blurry with the focus.
So it's hard for me to believe that I not do allot of verification of there needs.
I AM THE PERSON IN QUESTION NOBODY ELSE I PROOF ALL DEPOSITS METHODS. WITH A SELFIE LICENSE BACKGROUND COMPUTER BACKGROUND SKRILL BACK GROUND ECOPAYZ
