My withdrawal request was declined more than 10 times in a row

Hi there,

I registered to betmaster casino through Askgamblers and I won on a few slots. Currently, i have 1.5 ETH (3k USD) on Betmaster. I am fully verified. First I tried to cash out 0.7 ETH (that is their limit for 1 transaction). It was rejected 4 times, but for the 5th try, they paid me 0.7 ETH. Now I am constantly trying to make another 0.7 ETH cashout but they keep rejecting my withdrawal. I have tried it more than 20 times now and still nothing in the last week. I am not playing here until I get my money but I am not able to get my remaining 1.5 ETH out of this casino.

I contacted live support but they don't provide any help other than copying & pasting some pre-written excuse. I can share with you all the chat transcripts as well i can forward all the withdrawal failure emails. I have 20+ of those by now (attached). They always say they have payment issues but if I check their payment wallet in etherscan I can see there is nothing wrong with it. There are in-and-out transactions nonstop. I registered with this casino in good faith as they have a high rating on Askgambbers and I trusted your site to only promote reliable casinos but it is clearly not the case with Betmaster. I am really hesitant now to try again any casino that Askgamblers promoting. I completely lost my trust, if a very high-rated casino is acting like this then I don`t even want to think about how those ones with lower ratings operate.

Please help me to get my money out of this site, this is a huge amount for me. Xmas is coming and I need to spend this money on my family and kids.

Auszahlung klappt nicht

Ich habe seit fast einer Woche versucht über Jeton Geld auszahlen. Leider wird das nach ein Tag immer wieder storniert, so auch nach dem dritten Mal. Und wenn ich mich an
dem Live Chat wende, erhalte ich immer die gleichen Antworten, dass die Angelegenheit an die Spezialisten weitergeleitet werden. Nur warte ich seit Tagen darauf, eine Antwort zu bekommen und jedesmal ich hingehalten und hab bis jetzt immernoch keine Antwort erhalten. Ich hatte das gleiche Problem vor kurzen, musste Wochenlang die Verifizierung durchlaufen, die dokumente von A bis Z durchlaufen. Ich musste zum Beispiel mein ecopayz verifizieren, obwohl ich es seit 1 Jahr nicht mehr nutzte und sowie alle Einzahlungsarten. Ich wurde jedesmal hingehalten. Jetzt ist es genauso. Meine Auszahlung werden jedesmal storniert und ich werde seit Tagen hingehalten. Ich empfehle keinen, die Seite zu nutzen..

Ich habe auf hinweis per live chat bekommen eine neue Beschwerde zu eröffnen.

Schönen nachmittag liebes Askgamblers Team, Ich habe mich September 2020 bei Betmaster registriert, da mir der anbieter empfohlen worden ist. Ich habe bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt ausschließlich mit meiner Handynummer und einem zugesendeten Passwort agiert, 37 Einzahlungen & 14 Auszahlungen getätigt, fast jedes mal ohne Problem - wenn mal eine Auszahlung nicht funktioniert hat, da er button fürs auszahlen grau hinterlegt war - dann ging man kurz in den chat, schilterte sein problem/anliegen und die auszahlung war in weniger minuten / stunden möglich. hin und wieder habe ich den einzahlungsbonus genutzt & die umsatzbedingungen beachtet um an mein bonusgeld zu kommen. aktuell kämpfe ich seit 2/3 wochen, dass Ich ungefähr 3000 EUR auszahlen möchte, Betmaster mich aber aufgrund des Verifizierungsprozesses daran hindert, habe hierzu alle zahlungen vom mai 2021 (warum dieses monat, kann ich leider nicht sagen) offengelegt und belegt. noch dazu mit foto & screenshots aller einzahlungsvarianten wie visa, überweisung, Skrill, Paysafecard.. bis heute bekomme Ich lediglich copy & paste antworten ohne hilfreiche information. Ich habe bei vorgängern gelesen, dass doppelte wettabgaben auf das gleich ereigniss scheinbar untersagt hast, da habe Ich 2-3 wetten abgeschlossen, sollten diese anuliert werden, wäre dies natürlich in ordnung wenn es die agb's so besagen.

Sollte Ich für euch eine bedeutsame Information vergessen haben, lasst es mich bitte wissen, werde dies umgehend nachreichen.

Habt ihr eventuell noch eine Idee was man unternehmen kann?

Anbei findet ihr auch noch einen auszug über das vertrösten seit 3.8 - Ich bekomme nur noch copy + paste nachrichten, mit der information, dass Ich warten soll.

Für mein empfinden, ist dies eine reine taktik um zeit rauszuzögern und kunden zu verärgern.

Betmaster Spielothek - Verifizierungsprobleme und keine Auszahlung

Ich wollte am 21.06.2021 Geld in Höhe von 1066 Euro von meinem Betmaster Account auszahle lassen. Ich hatte 400 Euro via Online Banking meiner eigenen Bank eingezahlt und einen 200 Euro Bonus erhalten . Nach dem Freispielen war ich bei knapp 450 Euro und habe danach nochmal mit Sportwetten auf 1066.

Ich konnte zuerst kein Geld auszahlen lassen und sollte den Support kontaktieren, was an sich schon ungewöhnlich ist. Alle Dokumente die dann angefordert wurden habe ich per E-Mail weitergegeben. Laut Customer Support dauert das nicht länger als 5 Tage. Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort des Verifizierungsprozesses und kriege vom Support nur Copy and Paste Messages, die immer dasselbe sagen. In seltenen Fällen soll der Prozess angeblich sogar bis 30 tage dauern. Keine Antwort wieso wieso oder warum?

Nur habe ich hier schon gesehen im Forum, dass dutzende Leute das gleiche Problem mit Betmaster haben , wenn es um die Verifizierung und Auszahlung geht.

Ich bitte Euch mir zu helfen um das zu beschleunigen. Andere Reviews sehen das alle ähnlich, das ist eine fiese Masche dieses Buchmachers Geld nicht auszuzahlen oder hinauszuzögern.

Immer noch keine Nachricht und Info wann mein Konto verifiziert ist. Mir wurden jetzt sogar 131 Euro abgezogen wegen illegal getätigter Wetten ohne Info oder E-Mail. Ich habe nur noch 935 Euro auf dem Konto.

Ich bitte um Eure Hilfe, das ist kein normaler Prozess hier.

Betmaster Spielothek - Verifizierung und Geldauszahlung dauert zu lange

Ich habe am 29.5.21 einzahlt und gespielt bei Betmaster. Ich habe gewonnen cca.4500€!

Am 1.6.21 mochte ich Geld auszahlen. Dann hat Betmaster gesagt das muss ich Konto verifizieren. Ich habe alle Unterlagen gesendet.

Nach 5 Minuten habe ich Email bekommen was fehlt noch. Dann habe ich alle fehlende Dokumente gesendet!

Seit diese Moment ist Konto in Verifizierungprozess! Ich schicke jede Tag Mail am Betmaster, und frage ob ist Verifizierung fertig. Und ich bekomme jede Tag gleiche Antwort. Wenn wir bekommen Antwort von „Spezialisten „ wir melden bei euch"!

Was soll ich machen?

Betmaster - Verzoegerte Auszahlung 1642 EUR

Am 02.11.2020 habe ich versucht mein Guthaben vom Betmaster Konto abzuheben. Zunächst war die Auszahlungssektion "gesperrt" und mit einem Hinweis versehen "Bitte für eine Auszahlung den Support" kontaktieren. Dies wurde umgehend getan. Ich habe auch frewillig bereits die Unterlagen (Ausweis, Adresse, Kontodaten etc.) für das KYC Verfahren per Email an Betmaster geschickt.

Nach einiger Zeit (05.11.2020) und ein paar Rückfragen später, teilte man mir mit, dass eine Auszahlung nicht möglich sei. Es sei keine Karte mit meinem Konto verknüpft.
Ich habe dann eine weitere Einzahlung per Kreditkarte durchgeführt. Nach der Einzahlung war dann auch die Auszahlungsmethode sichtbar.

Eine Auszahlung von 500 € wurde angestoßen. Dies ist der Maximalbetrag. Nach ca. 1 Minute schlug die Auszahlung fehl und das Guthaben war wieder auf meinem Spielkonto. Dieser Vorgang wurde, auch auf Anraten des Supports, mehrfach wiederholt. Immer mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Auszahlung fehlschlug. Auf erneute Nachfrage beim Support, teilte man mir mit, dass dies ein generelles Problem seitens des Zahlungsanbieters von Betmaster sei. Kreditkartenauszahlungen seien nicht möglich. Man schlug mir vor, dass dies per EcoPayz möglich sei. Ich solle erneut eine Einzahlung über diese Methode machen und könne dann auszahlen.
Ich habe per EcoPayz eingezahlt. Die Auszahlungsmethode war sichtbar, jedoch auf 10 € beschränkt (Einzahlungsbetrag). Dies wurde dem Support mitgeteilt und man wollte sich am 06.11.2020 darum kümmern den Auszahlungsbetrag anzupassen.

Inzwischen ist EcoPayz als Auszahlungsmethode komplett wieder verschwunden. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies mit Wetten zu tun hat. Es ist wieder nur Kreditkarte als Methode auswählbar.

Am 09.11. erhielt ich eine erneute Email von Betmaster. Ich soll versuchen nochmals per Kreditkarte abzuheben. Wieder wurden 500 € angefragt und umgehend abgelehnt. Dies wurde dem Support direkt mitgeteilt. Eine nochmalige Nachfrage am 10.11.2020 wurde mit: "Bitte warten Sie, entschuldigen Sie die Verzögerung" beantwortet.

Somit habe ich anstelle einer Abhebung von damals knapp 800 € sogar noch 3x Einzahlungen von je 10,00 € getätigt.

Aktuell befinden sich ca. 1642,79 € auf dem Konto. Ich kann diese jedoch nicht abheben.

Withdrawal repeatedly reversed despite successful verification

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal issue with Betmaster. I have completed all required verification steps successfully and provided all requested documents, including multiple bank statements and proof of funds. I also received confirmation from Betmaster that my verification was processed successfully.

Despite this, my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly reversed back to my account. I am only able to use Trustly as a withdrawal method, and I cannot select any alternative method. The withdrawals go into “processing” but are then returned without any clear explanation. Customer support has not provided a concrete solution and only states that my case is under review.

Recently, I was also informed that withdrawal requests cannot be completed at the moment. This is very concerning, as I have fully complied with all verification requirements and have not violated any terms.

At this point, my account is fully verified, my funds are still in my account, but I am unable to withdraw them. I kindly request a clear explanation for why my withdrawals are being reversed, a working withdrawal method or manual processing of my funds, and an immediate resolution of this issue. I have been waiting for over a week and have fully cooperated throughout the process.

7 381 EUR unable to withdraw for 10 days

I play with Betmaster for 2 years now and for that time I was able with just little delays withdraw all the funds I requested. Unfortunately when it comes to these days when I was lucky and won some of the bets I´m unable to withdraw whatever amount at all now for 10 days already. The total amount I want to withdraw is 7 381,75 EUR. When I want to withdraw the status is pending until it´s cancelled by Betmaster with no explanation. This is repeating everytime for these 10 days. I contacted during those 10 days support many times but I always get the same generic answers that I have to wait.

Withdrawal rejected with no explanation

I won 1697 $ on Betmaster.

I'm fully verified (I already made a case on AG about my verification delay, and I was fully verified after winning the case).

Now my win that I keep trying to withdraw keeps bouncing back without any explanation.

I contacted live support multiple times, and they keep saying they'll check what the issue is and then never get back to me, and it keeps happening every time.

Delayed payment of 18100

I would like to file an official complaint regarding the ongoing issues and unjustified delays related to the withdrawal of funds from my account.

I deposited a total of €6,000 into my Betmaster account between 16.11.–21.11. I played successfully, and my current balance is approximately €18,100. I have been trying to withdraw my funds for almost three weeks now.

I have completed the verification process multiple times. Every time I submit a new withdrawal request, the previous one is rejected and I am asked to provide new documents after several days, even though I have already submitted all the required information correctly and on time.

Additionally, customer support has repeatedly promised to inform me “as soon as possible,” but in reality I have not received timely updates. Instead, I have consistently had to contact you myself after several days of silence in order to receive any response.

This situation has now continued for nearly three weeks, and my funds still have not been paid out, nor have I received a clear explanation for the repeated delays and new document requests.

I request that you process my withdrawal immediately and release my funds without further delay.

Verification delay

I've been trying to get verified on betmaster for a month now and they are delaying the process in an unfair manner.

So about 30 days ago I submitted the live selfie, ID, proof of address, bank statement, selfie with the betmaster website open in the back with my ID, multiple months of bank statements, proof of receipt of whatever they asked for in my bank statement. and even after all that im still waiting to get the money I won. I've contacted support everyday and they keep telling me to wait and wait but after 30 days now nothing has happened and no updates whatsoever. I was told it takes 5 business days to confirm the documents they requested but its been way longer than that.
