I registered at Betmaster around October- November 2020. I played there around 2 months and I had a few successful withdrawals. Then one day ( to be more exact - on 16th of January) when trying to withdraw again I couldn't do the operation. I have 1500 euros in my account I emailed the support and they requested "verification". This verification was very strange and not normal according to me because it was including many documents and selfies . I made around 20 selfies wasting 2-3 hours in qualified pictures with high resolution. After all this I waited 10 days and...nothing. I sent inquiring emails and I was again requested a selfie + screenshots of any deposit methods I have used in the casino. i sent also neteller shot, skrill shot, bank transactions etc. Well, Betmaster's support claimed that they needed 14 days for this to be over ( 14 business days which means 20 days) . And now ..much more than these "14 business days" passed but they still don't verify me and tell me to wait. I even heard rumor for their bankruptcy. I urge if there is representative of Betmaster casino here...to say clearly...do you still operate. For all the gamblers' sake. Thank you ( i have screenshots of our correspondence , bets, balance, etc if needed)

Fortunatelly after 1 month, I see that my payments are processed! However I cannot be glad after that humiliating verification procedure.
Also my account is limited to 5 euro bet. I will never bet again at Betmaster. I am paid, yes, But i wasted so much time in selfies and complaints...as if I am investigated by CIA.
Betmaster is not a dream destination, sorry guys

Thank you for bringing this up. I have checked your complaint and see that the verification was successfully completed and you withdrew almost all your winnings (see attached screenshot).
I would like to point out that the verification is the standard procedure with a standard set of documents that may be requested from every user. Additional documents might be asked in case of additional request from the Security department.
I am glad that you were able to withdraw your winnings and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
