I made a deposit of 600BRL on 28/02/24, played a little bit and tried to withdraw 500, obviously it failed 20 times before I contacted the chat.
They asked for all kinds of documents, I sent them all, ID/residency proof/selfie with ID/bank statement and finally after a WEEK my account was verified.
Now they're asking me for a statement from AUGUST 2023 which I've deposited using a ITAU bank account that I had to receive payments from a company where I used to work.
The main problem is that I closed my itau account on JAN/24, because I was paying taxes and wasn't using it at all, I've explained in all possible ways to them that I cannot access a statement from a closed account and they insist that I have to provide a statement from a closed account.
They said that I had to contact the bank, so I lost 5 hours of work going to the bank and they gave me the document that proves the closure of my account, and guess what? they're not accepting it.
What should I do betmaster? enter with a camera inside a bank agency(which is a crime) and record the face of my account manager to prove to a casino that my account is closed?
At this time I am convinced that I got robbed by a fraudulent casino.
