I am submitting this complaint against 31Bet due to their failure to pay my winnings of €4,797. It has now been over three months since I won this amount, and despite completing every single verification request—including providing documents, video verification, and other checks—my withdrawal still has not been processed.

What makes this situation even worse is that 31Bet instructed me to change the email address on my MiFinity e-wallet account as part of their requirements, which I complied with. Even after making this significant change and fulfilling all their demands, they still refuse to release my funds.

Whenever I contact their support team, I receive the same response: that my account is “under investigation.” They have provided no clear explanation, no evidence of an issue, and no timeline for resolution.

This treatment is completely unacceptable. I have done everything requested, including changes that affected my e-wallet account, yet 31Bet continues to delay and withhold my legitimate winnings. I kindly request your assistance to resolve this matter and ensure I receive the funds I am owed.

I just want my money that I am entitled rightfully to.

But as i now say i want my money withdrawn to the same methodi used and i do not want to sign any document for processing the wiothdrawal to crypto as this is not understandable at all, Why cant i just withdraw my money to the saem method used? iF You guys are okey with me withdrawaing to crypto why cant i just withdraw it to the same method used

The requested paperwork they are asking for is not verificatiuon, It is paperwork for Withdrawing to crypto wich i dont want to do, All verification regarding KYC is sent in and they have not asked for anything more in regards to that, I deposited using mifinty and mifinty is verfied as a withdrawal method now they are forcing me to withdraw to another withdrawal method, Stating that i am still under investigation, and therefore i can not withdraw, But they can make an excepotion and they allow me to withdraw to crypto, So if i want to do that that is allowed, But the question stands, If i am allowed to withdraw to crypto then why cant i withdraw to the same method i used to deposit, And if my account is still under investigation why am i even allowed to withdraw to crypto.

So bascily they are forcing me to withdraw to crypto, even tho i did not use that to deposit, and i am happy to provide any documents regarding KYC if they need that, But the only document they have asked for and is the one they are talking about is an agreement that i am okey with withdrawing to crypto. at first thought i could withdraw to crypto but i have now changed my mind and i want my money withdrawn to the same method i deposited with. Get youre investigation done now cause its been months without any answer and no information. This is outragous, I have provided everything now give me my money!!

It is Not Verification documents they are asking about, They are requiring me to sign an agreeement to withdraw to crytpo, I depoisted with Mifinty i want to withdraw to mifinity, all docuemnts required for verification purposes has been put in. The paperwork they are talking about in this matter is an agreement to withdraw to crytpo even tho i dont want to really, so when i sign that document they force me to withdraw to crypto wich is not my deposit method at all.

Therefore, the company requested the user to complete the crypto verification, which is a quick process, and advised that the withdrawal would be completed as soon as the proper crypto verification was provided. Even today, the company remains ready to process the withdrawal to crypto immediately once the required verification is received. Since the user now prefers to withdraw using different method, the company kindly asked the user to confirm the agreement that was already sent by email and return it signed. Once the signed agreement is received, the company will proceed with processing the withdrawal, which may require some additional time to finalize. The company appreciates the user’s cooperation and understanding.
