My name is Madelen, and I am submitting this complaint against 31Bet.
I have fully verified my account by providing all the requested documents, including identification, proof of address, and any additional verification they asked for. Despite completing all verification steps, the casino still refuses to process my withdrawal.
Whenever I contact their support team, I am simply told that I should keep waiting. It has now been several months with no clear information, updates, or explanation as to why my payment has not been made.
I feel that I am being unfairly prevented from accessing my own funds, and I am requesting your assistance to help resolve this matter and ensure that I receive my winnings without any further delays.

Now you are claiming there is a maximum withdrawal limit of 10x the bonus amount. This rule did not exist in the terms when I signed up for the bonus, nor when I completed the wagering requirements. Introducing or enforcing this rule afterward is nothing more than retroactive rule-changing to avoid paying out winnings, and that is completely unacceptable and unethical.

But that rule was not there when i signed up for the bonuses i remember it totaly, since i chekked it after i won alot. Since i won months ago.
The mentioned rule is applicable for almost all the promotions and it was indicated from the day of its launch.
