I am submitting this complaint against 31Bet because they have failed to pay out my winnings of nearly €10,000. It has now been almost three months since I won, and despite providing all the requested verification documents—including ID, videos, and other forms of proof—my withdrawal has not been processed.
Whenever I contact their support, they tell me to wait because my account is “under investigation.” They have not given any clear explanation or timeline, and I feel I am being treated unfairly.
I am asking for your help to resolve this and ensure I receive my winnings.
