VIP Withdrawal

My username is pmpb, and I am a VIP player at 24Slots.

I requested a withdrawal of €1,000 via Skrill on Feb 17, 2026 (Transaction #10161­581­133­237­2897).

On Friday, Feb 20th, my identity and documents were officially reviewed and approved by Nia L. from the KYC Team. I am attaching the email confirmation for this.

Despite being a VIP and fully verified, my withdrawal has been 'Pending' for 6 days with no timeframe provided by support.

I am also attaching my Bonus History as proof that I have NOT used any bonuses in 2026; my last bonus activity was in 2025. This balance consists entirely of Real Money from my winnings, with no active wagering requirements.

Support is ignoring my emails.

I request the immediate processing of my funds via Skrill.

We sincerely apologize for the delay.

The reason was that we had to examine this case throughly and we do see there is a slight delay, however it is only cause the player made a withdrawal of much more than he is eligbile for and as of today, is notified about it by an email send from his account manager.

Once he will replace a withdrawal request with the amount he is eligible to cash out, as per our t&c , we will be able to continue process the withdrawal immidiatly, as per email.
