Same Standard Replies But No Winnings
I signed up and successfully completed the wagering requirements for the welcome bonus. A pop-up appears stating that I successfully converted my balance to real funds.
I proceeded to withdrawal, the date of the pending request is from 1/24/2024. I've been on live chat every day to ask for an update as I haven't received my winnings but the responses are the same. It was confirmed via chat that my account is good, I provided the documentation for my verification which I was told was accepted ("everything is good on your account"). But each chat member tells me they've escalated my withdrawal yet no response at all. I've even emailed [email protected] and they have not replied to even confirm they've received my email.
I would like my withdrawal to be completed as I do very much like the games on this site but I'm fearful to deposit due to the long wait time for my winnings.
I've asked for a phone number or a supervisor. I've asked to be transferred to the appropriate department but I'm told the best they can do is "escalate my request" which will speed up the process.
Please help me.
