Deposit not credited to my online account

I made a deposit of $300 via Neosurf vouchers x3 ($100 each) and the funds are not being put on my account that was at 1:32am Australia Eastern standard time its now 8:30am here and still not on my account. Now I have chatted with there support numerous time they just say wait 2 hours wait 2 hours or we will email u or we will contact soon but nothing there story keeps changing everything now they say 24 hours. I mean it's getting ridiculous.

I spoke with Neosurf they said all they had to do was contact them and Neosurf will confirm with them. I don't understand what's going on with them maybe being slack but it's not that hard.
