Delaying and rejecting payment

I have been trying to get a $300 payout for 6 business days now. It has been rejected twice for no reason at all and just reversed back in to my account. Attached is an email from them admitting there was no reason for it. Despite what the email says, there has been no follow up. As is sits now, I have applied for a bank transfer with no action on their behalf.
