Delayed withdrawal of 1200euros and no concrete responses

Hello AskGamblers,

I was making two deposits (2x 50€) at 1bet Casino and winning 1,200€ without using any bonus or promotion. Last sunday i requested a withdrawal (1,200€) and 1bet is acting absolutely ridiculous since then.

Live chat told me it would take a maximum of 48hrs to proceed my withdrawal. I then received an email that said i have to go through kyc process and they need several documents (bank statement, passport, internet invoice, etc.), so I provided all required documents within minutes. A day later kyc-department told me documents are all approved but they need a selfie of me holding my ID card, so I provided that selfie as well.

One day later live chat told me the money will be processed „very soon“ and „in the nearest possible time“, but I then received another mail that said the selfie I provided before is not sharp enough. So I made several new and sharp selfies and sent all of them so they can choose which one they like most.

Another day went by and nothing happened. I was contacting live chat again a few minutes ago and they just told me the same as before (they work on it with high priority and it will processed very soon). When I asked what that means and how much time it will take, live chat employee simply stopped responding and closed the chat.

It seems to me that 1bet is trying to gain time and hoping for gamblers to simply stop asking for withdrawals via chat or mail.

Please Askgamblers, help to get my money.

As the player (Dani49) explained it took a bit longer to finalize the KYC process. As you know it is a very strict and detailed process, which in some cases might take longer.

In this particular case there was an issue with the quality of the selfies we received, and we had to request them again. However, we can confirm that the player was approved, and the KYC process finished.

The withdrawal in question was also paid out in full.

Hallo. Ich habe Probleme beim Auszahlen. Kleinbeträge wurden in Vergangenheit problemlos noch am selben Tag ausgezahlt. Nun habe ich 2000€ in der Auszahlung und es tut sich seit 5 Tagen nichts. Den Sopport habe ich kontaktiert, aber es passiert weiterhin nichts. Nun benötige ich Hilfe, damit die Auszahlung bearbeitet wird. Ansonsten war ich eigentlich sehr zufrieden.

Auszahlung dauert sehr lange

Hallo,

ich habe am 06.07.24 eine Auszahlung per Bank Transfer in Höhe von 4.811,83 € beantragt. Die Wette habe ich ausschließlich durch Sportwetten gewonnen und keinen Bonus verwendet.

Zur Auszahlung sollte ich jede Menge Dokumente zur Verifizierung per Mail einreichen. Auch eine beglaubigte Kopie meines Personalausweises. Das letzte erforderliche Dokument habe ich am 13.07.24 per Mail zugeschickt. Seitdem habe ich keine Antwort mehr erhalten.

Im Live-Chat wurde mir mehrmals versichert, dass ich vollständig verifiziert bin und es nur eine Frage der Zeit ist bis ich das Geld erhalte. Aber die Auszahlung ist noch nicht genehmigt und ich kann diese immer noch stornieren!

Auf meine Mails an [email protected], [email protected] und [email protected] erhalte ich keine Antwort.

Nachdem jetzt seit Auszahlungsanfrage 12 Tage vergangen sind mache ich mir etwas Sorgen. Wie kann ich jetzt am besten Vorgehen?

Bisher hatte ich keinerlei Probleme mit dem Angebot von 1Bet. Eine Auszahlung wurde bereits ohne Probleme ausgeführt und war in weniger als 3 Tagen ausbezahlt.

Allerdings gibt es aktuell ein Problem mit einer Auszahlung, welche am 27.06.2024 beantragt wurde.

Verzoegerte Auszahlung bei Sportwetten

Ich habe am 12.06.2024 eine Auszahlung über 5000 Euro per Fast Bank Transfer bei 1bet beantragt.

Ich spiele dort nur Sportwetten.

Eine frühere Auszahlung über einen kleinen Betrag wurde sofort nach 24 Stunden bearbeitet und nach Einreichung meiner Unterlagen nach 48 Stunden ausgezahlt.

Seit ich den großen Betrag nun auszahlen möchte passiert gar nichts mehr!

Der Support schreibt mir jeden Tag die gleichen Copy und Paste Nachrichten.
Es gäbe wohl derzeit so viele Auszahlungsanträge, dass alle sich verzögert. Außerdem wurden Tag für Tag wohl Nachrichten an die entsprechende Abteilung gesendet, damit der Vorgang beschleunigt wird. Passiert ist nichts!

Ich sehe das als Hinhaltetaktik. Mittlerweile denke ich auch ein bisschen das es vielleicht Betrug ist.

Seit nun vier Tagen wird meine Auszahlung nicht bearbeitet. Antworten sind immer die gleichen!

Bisher war ich zufrieden mit 1bet und hatte keine Probleme mit kleineren Auszahlungen. Bin auch schon lange vollständig verifiziert. Sie wurden immer spätestens nach 2 Tagen bearbeitet.

Jetzt habe ich am letzten Dienstag 13.02 eine Auszahlung über 3000€ per Crypto beantragt und es ist bisher immer noch nicht bearbeitet worden.
Ich warte jetzt seit 9 Tagen.

Zusätzlich befinden sich noch noch weitere 3533 € auf meinem 1bet Konto.

Der Chat gibt immer nur dieselbe Antwort, dass es mit Priorität bearbeitet wird und an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet wird...

I have asked 1 bet to implement a deposit limit of one hundred euros per mont,h but they won't do it

I have emailed support and their in-site chat, but to no avai,l and they will not give a reason except that they believe I should watch how much I am spending!!

Are they allowed to refuse this request?

I opened and account and won approximately €400.

When I tried to withdraw, my account number was not being accepted (screenshot attached)

I contacted support and sent numerous emails. I have not received any feedback.

Surely this isn't the first time its happened, I see another player had a similar issue.

1Bet has delayed my verified withdrawal for over 2 weeks with no action

I requested a withdrawal of approx ₦950,000 (~€600) from my verified 1Bet account over two weeks ago. All my documents were submitted and accepted—ID, proof of address, and payment method. Yet the withdrawal is still pending.

Customer support gives only vague responses, telling me to “wait for the payout team” without giving any timeframe or confirmation. I have received no real updates via email or chat.

This is a large amount of money, and I complied fully with all terms and KYC steps. I expect my payout to be processed or at least receive a valid explanation.

I’m attaching proof of my withdrawal request, verification, and chats with support. Please help me recover my funds.

1Bet Casino is delaying my withdrawal request.

I have a pending withdrawal via Interac Etransfer. Amount is $7,500 Canadian Dollars.

They have asked for verification documents, and they would take a day or two to respond always. Asking for documents one at a time rather than asking for everything all at once.

I have provided all the requested documents, passport, utility bill, bank statements and selfie with me holding my id.

They seem to be purposely delaying it.

I still have a balance of $50,403.33 that I need to withdraw.

I can only make 1 withdrawal at a time.

No response to my emails regarding to withdrawal

I'm having trouble getting approved in their KYC system. Never experienced these problems before. With the help of my bank, I got a document that lives up to what they require. But after that, which was June 6th, I have not been able to get in touch with them. Have written again and again to get the finance department and customer support. I am completely ignored. Don't know what to do. So this service is my last resort.
