No response to my emails regarding to withdrawal
I'm having trouble getting approved in their KYC system. Never experienced these problems before. With the help of my bank, I got a document that lives up to what they require. But after that, which was June 6th, I have not been able to get in touch with them. Have written again and again to get the finance department and customer support. I am completely ignored. Don't know what to do. So this service is my last resort.
