Account closed and funds pending

I opened and account and deposited 660 reais in the start of october, I then got to 1409.45 and decided to cash out.

I was contacted by the support and then had to send the documents needed for the identity identification but during this phase I got my account closed by the house and the support stopped answering me.

It has been more than 2 months and the house has not answered to any of my e-mails and the live support told me that this would be resolved shortly.

And so I waited and waited and waited...

To this day the casino has not said why I got my account closed [I did not have any chance to even defend myself], I did not get my funds and the support is not answering my e-mails.
