Casumo Casino - 57000 CAD withdrawal delayed for over 2 weeks

I am submitting this complaint due to an unreasonable and prolonged delay in processing my withdrawals with Casumo, combined with a lack of transparency and inconsistent information from customer support.

My account is fully verified. There are no pending documents and no outstanding requests from Casumo. I have already provided my source of funds from my employment, which has been reviewed and verified, as it has been previously.

No bonus was used at any point. All gameplay was conducted using my own deposited funds only, without any promotional bonuses or wagering conditions involved.

Despite this, my withdrawals have now been pending for over 11 days, which is well beyond the timeframe stated in Casumo’s Terms and Conditions. During this period, I have contacted live chat numerous times and spoken with multiple agents. Each time, I receive the same generic responses, such as:

– “Your withdrawal is processing.”

– “It is a large payout.”

– “The relevant team is reviewing the matter.”

– “You will be contacted by email.l”

However, no concrete explanation, reason for delay, or clear timeframe has ever been provided. No additional documents have been requested, and no compliance issues have been communicated to justify the continued delay.

I have acted in good faith throughout this process, complied fully with all requirements, and remained patient and cooperative. I am not seeking any special treatment — only the processing of a legitimate withdrawal of funds that I personally deposited, in line with Casumo’s own policies.

At this stage, I feel that I am being kept in a repetitive loop without meaningful information or accountability. This situation undermines trust in the payment process and leaves the customer without clarity or recourse.

I am opening this complaint to seek transparency and resolution, as internal support has not been able to provide a clear answer or timeframe after more than 2 weeks

I remain confident that this issue can and should be resolved promptly and fairly.

Casumo Casino - Withdrawals not received

Hi, hope you are ok

I made a withdrawal request totaling £14000 on 06.09.25, whilst my account is already fully verified.

Until today, I have not received anything.

I have sent several emails and several times reached out to live chat with the team. They are saying the same thing; we are waiting for the withdrawal team to proceed. When I deposit £500,& and I lose £ 800, and I deposit £500 again. When I lost and won a small amount, no one asked for any documents, and they paid me as well. Because my account was already verified at that time. But when I win the large amount of £14000. First, they paused my game, and I received this email. In line with a new business direction, we've had to put a permanent game type exclusion for a specific category/vertical. Then they decided my deposit limit is just £10,

Still, my game is paused just because of winning that amount.

I talk on live chat 3/4 times for about a pending withdrawal, and I ask if they need anything. They are saying all verification is done, so no need to send anything. Because you win a large amount, that's why it's taking a long time to process. And someone said on live chat just over the weekend, the payments were delayed, so no need to worry

Someone said this and that on live chat. Think so, I ask so many times about my pending payment. That's why the verification team asked me to send some documents like a driving license, selfie with driving license, bank statement,s this & that. And I have already provided what they asked me, but I have still not received my payment.

It's very disappointing to me.

There's pretty much nothing about this site you can't like, the game providers and customer support are top-notch and theyre constantly coming out with new slots, some of which are unique exclusively for Casumo players only. There's a level up system that acummulates more rewards as you advance and free spins for basically anything you do on slots are awarded for your progressions.
The Must Drop jackpots are a nice added feature - opposed to other casinos with the same games, but no Jackpots what so ever.

I had a minor bump in with verification issues, but it was quickly resolved talking to a representative via Live chat.

Casumo is one of the most attractive online casinos with many (almost any) game provider to choose from.

There is rarely any connection issues, the races run throughout the day (which of I've won first place in a cash race before).

Payout times pretty good. It'd be good if they could introduce the likes of Trustly as a payment method, as the card payments vary in times of receiving payment and Skrill incurs a charge to withdraw from.

But generally an attractive, problem free, entertaining experience when playing at Casumo!

I've been with Casumo almost from the very beginning. My account being in Euros for some time due to this being the only available currency to UK players at the time.

And now in GBP as I was still getting charged per deposit at Casumo whilst in Euro currency and wasn't happy about that.

So Casumo offered me to reopen a new account in pounds when I complained.

Bonus offers were frequent, some attractive and some not, but at least they were frequent.

Recently (around 4-6 months now I have received no offers (valuables) whatsoever. And from time to time when asked live chat if they can give me something as I do not receive any offers, they have been somewhat generous with the odd set of free spins or a cash token, to which I am grateful.

However!

Upon asking live chat why I do not receive any offers whilst my friends and family consistently show me what offers they receive (which are similar to each other), I was simply told to keep playing as it's based on algorithms and bonus offers will come.

I kept playing, bonus offers didn't come.

Becoming more and more frustrated by this I asked live chat again and asked if my query could be passed onto a manager. I was asked to send my query in by email so I did.

Around a week or two later I was sent an email from one of the managers assuring me that this was not personal and that a players bonus offers are based on activity and player level etc.

I accepted at this point that maybe I wasn't seeing this how I should be and continued to be patient, still depositing at Casumo.

Don't get me wrong, I have deposited, sometimes won and sometimes lost.

However, still no bonus offers/valuables being offered to me on my account, hence my 6 star rating, including that payment methods could be improved.

Casumo used to be my favourite casino, where I have deposited thousands of pounds and shown loyalty as a customer, yet still I feel discriminated against these past few months.

The point of me writing this review is to possibly give other players some comfort that if my situation is also their situation, that they are not alone.

For the size of Casumo as a company and my continued loyalty I expected a straight forward answer to why I do not receive offers anymore at Casumo.

I guess that will never happen!

I may still deposit here from time to time, but it definitely won't be as frequent.

I truly believe every single customer deserves equal respect and honesty when they are depositing their hard earned cash into any casino. But this dishonesty has left me sceptical.
