Withdrawal of rejected money KYC delayed

Even though all my KYC verification documents have been approved my account is still unverified after 17 days, and my payment has been declined.

The payment amount has been returned incomplete to my account balance, attached is a screenshot of this, as well as my declined payment and the KYC verification page where all my KYC verification documents have been approved but still my account is still unverified and my withdrawal is still unprocessed after 16 days even though the withdrawal amount is not too large to justify this delay.

Additionally I add all my betting history with their respective IDs, I kindly request the processing of my withdrawal for the total amount that had been requested to VerdeCasino to be processed by Astropay. I remain attentive, thank you very much.

We'd like to shed some light upon the situation.
The player broke the T&Cs of the operator:
"4.9 Verdecasino does not accept bets from the following groups of persons: - Persons who have not reached the age of majority (this period is regulated by the legislation of player’s country, but not less than 18 years); - Persons who participate in the events on which bets are made (athletes, coaches, judges, etc.); - Persons representing the interests of other Betting Companies, as well as persons affiliated with other Betting Companies; - Persons who are trying to get, or who managed to get an unfair advantage over the Betting Company, for example, by making repeated bets in order to bypass the maximum bet amount limit set by the Betting Company;"

Player was constantly making repeated bets, that is against the rules.
Thus, we find it fair to refund player's deposit

Payment declined for no reason

Hello AskGamblers team,

I am submitting this complaint against VerdeCasino regarding a failed cryptocurrency transaction that has not been refunded, and a system issue that is blocking access to my remaining funds.

On May 18, 2025, I attempted to deposit 26.25 USDT to VerdeCasino by scanning a QR code provided on their withdrawal page prompt. The transaction was sent via Gate.io, and blockchain confirmation shows it was successfully received at the address provided by VerdeCasino (Transaction Hash:

0x78c5838abb648a376abf26d51be422dc47a4bccbaf8e16a53fe1966e70f812e9).

However, the transaction was declined on their system, and despite repeated contact with support, the funds have not been refunded to my crypto wallet or returned to my balance. There is no clear reason provided for the rejection.

Adding to the issue, I am experiencing a technical error in my account:

My account balance shows $0.00 across all sections (real, bonus, live).

Yet, when I attempt to withdraw, the system blocks me with a message saying:

“To wager your deposit in full, please make bets for at least USD 6.86.”

This is contradictory and has completely locked my funds, even though no bonus was manually activated and no balance is visible.
