I currently have 2*300€ pending withdraws, one created on 2/11 and one created 3 days later on 5/11.
Support keeps telling me I will get it soon but since it's been 15 days since the last withdrawal request it seems clear they dont actually want to pay out my money.
All requested KYC was passed before the active withdrawal requests.
After my negative reviews here and in trustpilot they quickly decided to suddenly pay out all withdraws so i no longer have any active issue with this site. Highly recommend to avoid this fraud tho because of their insane withdraw delays.
