Hi, I recently signed up to Verde casino...

Everything was pretty standard with no issues until I tried to withdraw...

I withdraw $200 and ever since they have been mucking me around for nearly a month, it took 2 weeks to verify, and once I was verified and pending withdrawal accepted (on the 16/04/23) I got the standard up to 5 days wait until shows in my bank account etc!...that 5 days has come and gone and I cannot get a reason why it hasn't been put in my account, all the live chat says is its another 5 days ?(???) And to wait... it's 4 more days now and no sign, what is my next step? plz...

Really, well that's news to me and also to your (if u can call them this ) "live chat help" right up until yesterday I've been told to wait wait wait ,initially the standard 2-5 days etc which is no problem, then 6, 7 8 + go by , every day I was online asking for help and after the 5 days had passed all I got was wait another 5 days,???? Which would make the initial standard 2-5 very laxed and frankly rubbish. 2 - 2 weeks should be your policy,.
You state "YOUR RECORDS "SAY successful transaction , then why is your live "help" unable to give me a process number, or invoice number, or transaction number that was used to deposit to my bank(all which have been asked for by me with intentions to try hunt it down .I have even requested to view the information I gave you as I was considering maybe a typo on my end (unlikely as it's all Google authenticated )and you can't even assist with that!!! ...so to sum up .....all the effort I've made ...and .all the different questions I've asked DAILY!!!,I GOT THE SAME ANSWER TO EVERYTHING' WAIT.. BE PATIENT..ANOTHER 5 DAYS WAIT BE PATIENT, IL EMAIL THE DEPARTMENT AND I SHOULD........(can u guess?????) Yip wait..... for a reply. WHICH THEY HAVNT......Ya'll should know during this time ive been successfully paid out Form 3 differernt online casinos all of which accepted withdrawals after you accepted mine on the16th....(ANY1 ELSE SMELL WHAT IM SMELLI­NG?­???­?!!­!!)THE ONLY successful transaction between us as far as I can TELL , and according to my bank records is the one where you very quickly and happily ingested a deposit from me 2 u.....with out any verification just sayin....so I call BULLSHIT!!!!!, If your not up 2 some scummy casino underhanded shenanigans, then at very best THIS IS ,!!!+and how VERDE has handled this IS totally ,and utterly inadequate, incompetent, unhelpful, disenguine ,offensive rude and you down right shouldn't be operating.THE FACT THAT 3 OF YOUR COMPETITORS HAVE MANAGED TO SUCCESSFULLY HANDLE A MERE SIMPLE DEPOSIT TO THE SAME BANK ACCOUNT THAT YOU HAVE 4 ME ....IN HALF THE TIME IS ....WELL ILL LET YOU ANSWER THAT ONE SHALL I...You've taken my money fucked me around with the verification process, and after that unpleasantry rejected and reversed my withdrawal acouple of times then once accepted the fund's are now M.I.A. your only input from day 1 to 10+ days later was to wait...... Doesn't the customer experience and players enjoyment factor in at all these days????... CASINOS are very upbeat frendily and helpful with there costomers acquisition emails and welcome offers ,take your money right off the bat , couldn't give a shit if it's your bank card or you stole it zero zilch verification to make a deposit but as soon as its withdraw time most of you turn and change from the best mate we never wanted to a shitty ex girlfriend . I speak for the people here We all sick of it u greedy seedy glutinous money hungry sinners.......shame on you...and before any1 takes issuse with my last comment if there isn't any truth 2 what I just said there would be no need for a askgamblers.com or a very active player community tying to unite and fight back with outings and warnings so others dont get burnt,and many a avonue committed to holding the bad ones to any form of accountability.. ..We The People

When my bank opens In 2 days I will check again, FYI, the last time I did this RE (bank check) it was still not showing, .,and u was saying exact same thing...
