I have made and account on Spinbetter casino, I have entered all the details in profile page and verified my phone number, however when I click the email link for verification of my email nothing happens, and if I request a new e-mail I don't receive it. Because of this I can not make a withdrawal request. Support chat said they have technical issues with e-mails but I got other promotional email from SpinBetter, I just do t get the email verification email again. Support chat also told me to send email to their support@ email address which I did but there is no reply from them since almost 24h, usually on other sites support replies very fast. Attached photos of my profile and of chat with support. Please help me to verify my account and make the withdrawal.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.
Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.
And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I see you have reopened my previous complaint, but I have issued a new complaint yesterday which is in a way connected with this complaint, but the issue now is different. My account is now verefied, but due to them being unresponsive through emails and not responding the comlplaint , I have played my winnings since I thought I will never see the winnings anyway. I am requesting them to return my winings or find another solution to make this right, howver again they are not replying to my e-mails regarding this request.
