Today, I make a formal complaint because my account at QuickWin has been under review for months now. I have never used a VPN, broken any rules, or anything similar. I always followed all Terms & Conditions closely to avoid this.
But then, suddenly, I can't log in anymore because my account is "Under review."
I obviously tried to contact them through email, but they have always been not even answered, straight ignored. And Live chat is inaccessible since I can't log into my account.
I deserve a proper explanation on why my account has been under review for so long, and what is needed from me to recover it.
