Hello there, AskGamblers team,

Today, I make a formal complaint because my account at QuickWin has been under review for months now. I have never used a VPN, broken any rules, or anything similar. I always followed all Terms & Conditions closely to avoid this.

But then, suddenly, I can't log in anymore because my account is "Under review."

I obviously tried to contact them through email, but they have always been not even answered, straight ignored. And Live chat is inaccessible since I can't log into my account.

I deserve a proper explanation on why my account has been under review for so long, and what is needed from me to recover it.

Dear Koronidis,

Thank you for your message.

We would like to inform you that, following an administrative decision, your account has been permanently closed and cannot be reopened. This action was taken in accordance with point 3.9 of the Terms and Conditions, which state:

3.9 “We reserve the right to deny opening of an account or close an existing account without prior notice or justification.”

Please also note that the account had no deposits or funds recorded, and therefore no balance or withdrawal-related matters are outstanding.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that QuickWin Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
