I joined this casino about 2 weeks ago. At first I really liked the site, the interface is beautiful. but it's complicated to make my first withdrawal the 500€!!
I was informed almost 10 days ago that my withdrawal would be done manually. I sent all my bank details by email and so far nothing. they continue to say to wait and ask again for the same bank details that I already provided. They always say to wait and I'm starting to get tired!

Since Quickwin casino did not provide any response on this site, I update that an email was sent to me, yesterday, asking for banking information so they can make the manual withdrawal. Despite having already sent the same information more than once, I hope that this time the withdrawal is completed.
I've been waiting for almost 14 days, and it's getting tiring.
They never told me any reason why the withdrawal was delayed. Support just always says to wait.

Dear all, you emailed me twice asking for this data and I sent it to you 5 days ago! I swear I can't understand what's going on.
Yesterday, April 9th, I spoke to support and they said that the Manual withdrawal was ready to be processed! and today they ask me again for bank details?
I've been waiting for my withdrawal for over 2 weeks! I want and hope this problem is resolved!
